Is there a tool analogous to Liquify in PSP?

In the newsletter re- Zoner X, there is reference to a Liquify tool with multiple options. The Thinify mode of the Makeover tool in PSP has only one option. Is there a tool analogous to Liquify in PSP?

Nope. Liquify has some portrait-helping features.

While there are differences, and various additions made over the years, the Warp Brush does the majority of what Liquify does or at least originally did. There is also the KPT plugin. I don't remember which one but one of them also has similar brush distortion features.

I found my 32-bit PSP 2018, tried out various KPT plug-ins. None of them seemed to fit the bill. Plus, they are hard to use.

I think Zoner may have advanced beyond PSP. They alreaqdy have a built-in polarizer.

as the other members mentioned already, the warp brush is the closest thing there is in PSP.

What are you trying to do? For portraits, the Perfecty Clear Plugin which comes with the Ultimate version provides some additional features.
