Create mpeg 4 video file

Hello,
In oeder to create a mpeg 4 video file 1920x1080 in VS Ultimate 2020 I have the two following options:
1. 25p 15 Mbps
2. 100p 30 Mbps
I have no idea what those options are, so I don't know what to choose.
Any help will be appreciate.

If you right click your video clip on the timeline and choose properties, give the details in your reply and we may be able to advise further

From Share there is an option for “ Same as Project Settings and Same as First Clip", those options may be more appropriate for your needs

The option "Same as First Clip is really appropriate for my needs.
My e-mail address as appears in my account is still valid, I don't have any idea why I don't get any more your notifications.
