DualMonitor - Manage - Preview vs Thumbnail

Post by rnmerchant »

I'm trying to clarify this for myself, having struggled with it and seen a couple of comments alluding to it.

Insofar as I can tell, with DualMonitor configuration, one screen being the Manage mode, there is no option to have anything but a big preview window and a small strip of thumbnails for previewing multiple images.

However with a SingleMontor configuration, when the Manage mode is selected, the are two options for viewing: that noted above (big preview area), or by clicking the 'grid icon' one can have the Thumbnails filling the screen with multiple images clearly visible.

The lack of this option in the DualMonitor configuration, if indeed it is not available as I am assuming, seems to be an obvious bug, which bother enough people that it has been mentioned on the forum repeatedly. Further, it seems like it should not be complicated to fix. How does one bring this to the attention of the company so that they can attend to it?

Doesn't seem much point in a company sponsoring a forum if they do not utilize it to improve the product... And I can offer that with sincerity having been a loyal PSP user since early JASC days, happy to support a Canadian product!!!

Begs the question, it occurs to me - what if, like my son, one has a triple-monitor configuration... Might it then show "correctly"?
