Hi,
I have tried to curve, bend, or similar my picture, but failed to find a away. Basic idea is to e.g. take a picture from body e.g. head and then put a tattoo on it. Or having a picture from ball and then paste second picture so it follows ball's surface. I'm not looking for the perfect solution as then I most likely should use 3D tools like blender. But some quick picture manipulation.

Or another way
1. Selection tool Selection type - Circle, Mode - Add. Position cursor where you want the centre to be and hold the shift key down to get a circular selection based on that centre.
2. Right click layer and Promote Background Layer .
3. Selections > Invert . Delete key . Selections > Select None.
This leaves a circular image on a transparent background.
4. Objects > Align > Center in canvas.
5. Effects > Geometric Effect > Spherize
6. Effects > Artistic Effects > Balls and Bubbles
Illumination Tab - should have one light - move it to where you want the light reflection.
Settings shown in this image Final result here:
