Duplicate my problem via clicking the following from the Edit (the right of Capture Tab) > Record/Capture Option (an icon) >Voice Over (another icon).
When I Start a Voice-Over it starts recording. Next, I switch windows to Microsoft Word. Doing that automatically stops the Voice-Over audio recording.
I want the Voice-Over audio recording to continue so I can read the stuff I typed in Microsoft Word.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Another way to do this is to write or print your planned script - that's what it is - before opening the voiceover recorder, and then read the script. I would strongly suggest breaking down any script into short sentences, and separately record each one: that requires repeated recordings, but it avoids scrapping the whole thing if you flubb a few words and have to do the whole thing again. With short sentence recording, you would only have to re-record the one with "issues".

Hi
You could restore the window to a smaller size for both Word and VS, then you can see both on your monitor.
Windows 10 has a Voice Recorder that does not close when clicking the mouse, you should try that.
Its a poor design that closes the voice over option of VS with any key / mouse activity
