Faild To Build A Preview Graph Error

I'm having this problem and don't know why. I tried everything. I have a Canon ZR50mc Digital Cam with IEE 1394 firewire hookup, and a High Speed USB Video Grabber. Nothing is working. I tried with Ulead Video Studio 7, Windows Movie Maker, and other programs. I'm still having this problem. Does anyone know why? Please help. I've download & installed all updated drivers. MY OS is Windows XP sp2. Please Help, it's getting very frustrating now.
