I have done what you have asked.

Firstly, YES, i was not in PAL!! so i reset that!

Here is the window as you mentioned. note, still 25frames.

SO Now what?

What does this tell you?

Shall i try make another video?? and render and zoom and see if helps?

( i intend to make a video quicky without smartproxy and render )

Why are you switching from Horizontal (3840x2160) orientation to vertical (1920x1080) orientation?

Can you make the original, raw video available to us so that we can try to duplicate what your are experiencing?

Basically I don't have a clue what you are trying to do and what you are doing. Your posts are all over the map with all sorts of side comments thrown in that have no real relevance. On top of that, you don't really supply any useful information but state that any information requested serves no purpose.
If your initial video was horizontal and you switched to vertical (at lower resolution) then you will get lower quality.

Canuck, I take exception to your last post.

I'm sure you feel that you've provided everything anyone could possibly need to understand your problem but when people with far more experience and expertise than you, ask or suggest something then it's time for you to respond in a cordial manner. This of course assumes that you actually want an solution and aren't simply trolling.

Put this one to bed, i have made my complaint to Corel.

If I may, I suggest that you take a far less aggressive and confrontational approach with Corel Support than you've shown to date on this forum.
