Need help installing scripts

I just found my fix to a "drive me crazy can't get passed the welcome screen after trying everything i could think of i just uninstalled.. omg. i couldn't reinstall. I have had to do this "clean up" deal every other month or so. ANY WAY... TURNS OUT that some of my program data was hidden in my attributes and somehow my protexis
x64 was hidden located in my "common" files. after i got that thing running in my task manager I finally got it going again. for aleast at the moment. I really love corel. they have some features that adobe doesn't have and vice versa.. NOW my problem is I can't get my scripts to download and i can't restore my purchases because of doing the "clean up" they are telling me I have downloaded them too many times or passed my limit. I am supposed to be able to do it manually. I install and it tells me i have installed it. but there aren't in my "run scripts list. any ideas out there??
