any help would be greatly appreciated,

I am using corel paintshop pro 2018, and I can't seem to get the plugins to show under the effects plugin, I added them the the file location in paintshop pro..
and I put them into C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2018 (64-bit)\PlugIns\EN, what am I doing wrong?

Which plug-ins are you talking about? Are they older ones? In that case they are very likely to be 32 bit, and so won't show in your 64 bit installation. That's perhaps the main reason when installing PSP that you are given the choice at the very beginning to install both the 64 and 32 bit versions. People with more modern plug-ins would have them work in the 64 bit version, but if you want to use the older plug-ins you need to open the 32 bit version. Just be aware you can only open one version at a time i.e. you can't have both the 64 and 32 bit versions open at the same time.

Tank you for the welcome, I am using the 64 but both was installed on my pc, I was trying to load the funhouse3 plugins I am new to the corel and yet not learned how to install the plugins

Funhouse 3 may be a 32-bit plugin. Try setting it up in File Locations in the 32-bit version of PSP2018 and see if that works.

Rita, FunHouse filters are 32 bit Filter Factory filters so you will need to use the 32 bit version of PSP.
If you have the 64 bit version of PSP open, then you would need to close it and then open the 32 bit version OR use another 32 bit version. e.g. I use PSPX when I want to use 32 bit filters which means I can keep my PSP 2020 64 bit open.
I store all my filters that don't require installing in the old My PSP Files Folder inside a Plugins folder.
I get each PSP version to look into those folders and if the PSP version is 32 bit it will then see the 32 bit filters.

As these filters are Filter Factory type, if you have the Filters Unlimited Plugin you can Import the filters into Filters Unlimited. That is where I have my Funhouse filters.

If you still can't use the filters then it is probably because you are missing the dll file. The required file is Msvcrt10.dll and it would go in the Windows/SysWOW64 folder as that is the folder for 32 bit files.
