Encode two video tracks in one file?

Is there a version of VS that can encode two video tracks in one file, that could then be selectable during playback in VLC or similar player?

Using VideoStudio since old Version 7. Currently using X10.

Try creating a disc menu which allows viewers to navigate through the contents of a disc and choose the specific parts of the video to watch.
