Change my e-mail-address

I will change my mail-address and can not find an option in the user-preferences from my account here.
How is it possible to change? I wanna be happy when I can get help here.

Once you log-in, to the left top is a link for your User Control Panel

Profile Tab – Edit Account settings should take you here where you should be able to update your details
