Suggest alternative ways to download a psp plugin

Need other ways to download a psp plugin

Present method:
Open psp2020 64 bit
click effects
click more plugins
...this leads to a pop up page with some choices
...my choice is Pic-To-Painting
click to select
click install
wait while it downloads
start the Install Shield Wizard. . .

Fails to install. . . everytime. . . soooo. . . where else can i get this plugin ?

I'd like to simply download it to a folder of my choice. . .then link to it in the usual psp preferences file location

I had a similar issue in installing Pic to Paint, it was a problem with the %Temp% files
A “Pic-to-Painting.exe” file is downloaded to a folder in %temp%, odd name similar to (10f5bc6), copy this folder to save the “Pic-to-Painting.exe”
A second folder is then created containing the installation files.
After installation the folders are purged of their content or should be.

I recall having to clean the %temp% folder of all PSP files I could find, some html files, dont know the names.
I had to launch PSP, that created the temp files which had to be removed, then installing P to P completed ok
A bit of a strange thing to do in deleting those files after launching PSP, but it worked

gave it a whirl. . . but, alas, for me, same error and fail.

Think I'll just cancel this PSP update n plugin route. . .
Needed a pic to painting software ability for a small project. . . not an epic saga of wierd "get it to load" puzzles
