Slow sound gradual?

Hi all
Is it possible to gradually slow a sound file down, or a video with sound in it? IE Speed reduces from normal play to very slow play in VSx10 or VS2018?

You can use Speed/Time-lapse to slow down the speed, however, this will increase the length of the sound track, ie. original length 1min 53 sec. slow down 50%, length increases to 3min 47 sec.
You cannot slow down/speed up without altering the length of the clip

I new about speed lapse and I suppose it was just wishful thinking that I could do a slow down. Just an idea I had for a short video, never needed it before and wont probably need it again.
