Hi this Crash Problem is still happening.
I re-purhcased the software and have the latest build.

And Working on a Project either editing or play back the program will just "Close"
Corel Live Chat are useless they tell me to just "reset" the program.
They have asked me for a audit report on my system which I have done.

The Event Error Codes are here, anyone have any ideas?

Hi Rob
Sorry you are still having issues running 2020
I did a google for ntdll.dll which seems to indicate a Windows 10 issue.

I note that the program appears to be installed on the D Drive, I know it should not make a difference , just a thought.
Did Corel Support suggest that you re-install, silly question, of course they did.
Did they offer to provide a Cleanup tool which should do a more in depth clean of the program files.

Hi Trev.

I tried installing the program on my D Drive Still the same problem.
Ditto for Drive C where I have it installed.

Ile look into the Ntdll problem.

The Corel Live Chat Support is next to useless, they just tell me to do the basic things like reset and so on.
And I haven't asked them about the cleanup tool either!
We need to speak to the People who made the program and not some 3rd Party Support reading from a script!

Hi Rob
I sent you a Private Message regarding the Clean up Tool for 2020
I was waiting for a reply
The 2020 Clean up Tool is not readily available to the general public as it can cause issues with other video studio.
However we have been given permission to provide on a case by case basis, hence my PM to you

I did ask if you had any other versions of video studio installed, if not then the Clean up may be worth a try.
Please view your PM inbox, if you have deleted the message I can send again

I am away from my pc for the next few days so do not have access to the Clean up file till I get home.

Post updated
I have sent the PM again

If VS 2020 launches Ok, does it then crash when you open a project? If yes, with every project or only a particular project?
Have you created a new project as you were asked by Trevor in an earlier post?

The Program launches ok - but when editing or rendering it randomly closes! I spent literally all day on Saturday in trying to finish the project I was working on!
The Clueless Live Chat Support emailed me back to say to uninstall X10 and use 2020!
On the other hand I had the program open earlier and went away and came back and it closes, can't re-launch so had to restart my computer!
