I am assuming you use VS2020 (profile does not say). The standard templates in that version can be found in the library, the strip tool bar extending from top to bottom: 3rd icon from the top. Hover the mouse over it - and a "templates" label pops up.
That said, having played a little of each link you supplied, I don't think that the background is one of the many templates that VS offers. There is one that you might consider roughly similar: templates/beginning: the 2nd in the part of the list 44_pop s.vsp. Click n drag to the timeline. It has placeholders for 3 photos of your choice; import or click n drag those photos to the placeholder location, OR rt-click each one and choose replace clip from the list.
The language in the 1st clip looks nordic: and despite getting it from YT, how do you know it was created with video studio???
