Overlay Video on Video from MultiCam Recording?

Post by netmation »

I want to use MultiCam to record the PC screen for a tutorial, and to record my face talking with a WebCam at the same time. Then I want to use VideoStudio to create a single video by inserting the WebCam video of my face talking into a corner or small box onto the recording of the PC screen. There are many samples of this functionality on the Internet, especially popular for Gamers. Having a hard time finding an instructional video on creating this effect within VideoStudio, I assume it is possible?

Hi
Insert the video to the overlay track, here it will show on screen as a smaller frame
Resize the frame by dragging the corners, take care to have the mouse as a diagonal line as there is a small green square that will distort the frame.
Then drag to position in the the corner

Adding a Crossfade to the clip on the timeline will allow the video to fade in / out
