This is my first post so apols if I don't provide the required information.
I have Win10, PSP2020 and an Intuos Pro Tablet (860)/pen setup (all at latest software/driver levels).
Quite simply whenever I attempt to use the pen with PSP (new or existing file) PSP immediately auto-zooms rapdily to 5000%, or more specifically rapidly zooms unless I remove the pen from the tablet at which point the zoom stops. This occurs regardless of which PSP option is currently selected (e.g. pan, brush or Text). The separate mouse, however, works correctly.
This behaviour only occurs on PSP e.g. Wacom Inkspace works as expected when enabled.
I've gone on to ensure Windows Ink, Wacom Inkspace and all Intuos pen/tablet shortcuts/gestures and now disabled - but with the same results i.e. non-PSP attempts work, PSP attempts auto-zoom.
Despite 2 days now of trial and error and countless reboots, I cannot stop this behaviour making the tablet unusuable with PSP.
NB: I've seen a similar issue reported on this site back in 2016 but this had led no where.
So - guys, any thoughts as I cannot think I anything else to try?
