Hi all,
Can anyone tell me whether there is a free FX VSX9 add-in that will manipulate video similar to the effect of snapchat big mouth filter? Alternately, is there a freeware video editing program (for PC Windows 10) that will do similar?

I have no idea what the snapchat effect looks like, but suspect that you might find one of the KPT filters, which I am pretty sure still were available in the free downloads for VS X9, would have provided some scope for body distortions e.g. the goo filter. In more recent versions, KPT is sadly no longer available. (I have been using KPT since it was a separate commercial stand-alone program in the early '90s...)

Yes, I suspected it would be like that. And I suddenly realize I made a colossal mistake. The KPT filters were for PSP not VS...

Well , snapchat uses AI to detect faces. VS can't do so but...
You can use Punch or fisheye FX to get nice resembles
