ASF File That Won't Convert

Hello.

I was hoping someone would be able to answer a question for me.

I have a .asf file that I want to convert to another format. After loading it into Video Studio 9 I can play it okay. But, when I try to save it as a different format (any format) I get an error that says "Cannot Read Video. [0xc00d080d]".

If I look at the properties for the orig file under Video it says Stream Name Video 2. The other strange thing is I can't play the file in Windows Media Player 10 but I can using Windows Media Player 6.x (also located in the Media Player 10 folder).

Can anyone tell me why I can play the file using Video Studio but cannot convert it?
