Hello all. New user. All of the products that came with PSP 2020 Ultimate display a popup when launched asking to register (all are registered on the website) and they all indicate that I'm not connected to the internet. Uh... Yes I am. I can't access any online content from the help menus such as online tutorials ect. Customer support has been no help. Told me to run the cleanup utility which just uninstalled everything and nothing changed.
They remote logged in and just kept telling me they're registered and clicked off the "do not ask to register when offline" on the popup. In the emails, they just keep saying the products are already registered... Please feel free to contact us for further assistance. It's so annoying.
Does anyone know a fix for this? I installed on my daughters laptop and everything works fine. I'm on a desktop, with wired ethernet. Yes, I'm connected. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated because I'm not getting any from tech support.

Hi Notneb and welcome to the forum.
Are you able to use the software or is this message preventing you from using it?
If you want to confirm what Corel support told you, you can go to your account on Corel.com to verify your product(s) are indeed registered. https://account.corel.com/accounts/user/

The Op has also noted
Questions I would ask are what browser is the OP using on their desktop and laptop.
As well if the program and others are registered it may be that the registrations showing ar from the Laptop installation and not the Desktop.
Also what firewalls are being used on the desktop and laptop as it appears that there may be some interferance on the Desktop when compared with the Laptop.
Perhaps try and make the Desktop environment as close as possible to the Laptop environment may help,
In addition many of the video tutorials can also be viewed on the Corel site and on youtube avoiding the need to go to them through the PSP Welcom screen or Help menus.
So it is not just about the registration of PSP and checking the account.I can't access any online content from the help menus such as online tutorials ect.

I can use the software. But nothing I click on within the program that accesses online content works. The products are registered online but the software doesn't show it. This makes me wonder if there are features I'm not seeing due to it being "unregistered".Kathy_9 wrote:Hi Notneb and welcome to the forum.

Internet connection in PSP 2020
I'll try this again. Tech support has been zero help. Although my products are registered online, PSP is trying to register when I start and it says there's no internet connection. I AM CONNECTED. The registration isn't the issue. It's the fact that it can't access the internet that's the problem. NONE of the programs that came in the bundle with ultimate will access internet. I know the content is available through the browser. That's not the point. I bought it. I'd like it to work. I turned off my firewall and virus protection and still no dice. My daughter's computer, which comes no where near the minimum system requirements runs it just fine and is connected with no problems.
Does anyone know of any system settings that might be interfering with PSP making it think there's no connection? I'd really like to get this resolved and I'd appreciate any help.

Do a clean uninstall using the tool at top of forum. Then download the program again- possibly some corrupted files in your original download of the program
