PaintShop Pro 2020 Crashes on start

Hi
On first attempt to open PaintShop Pro 2020, it crashed. Tried a re-install. Tried reset to default using the shift key on icon.
I suspect it doesn't like older video cards.

Please help

I have installed Windows 10 1909 build 18363.815 and I have the problem, that Paintshop Pro 2020 it closed again, short time after view the splashscreen. Do you know a workaround for this problem?

You can try resetting PSP to default. Here are instructions. They reference PSP X6 but this works for all versions.
