can't reach support to activate new software

I am a longtime user of Wordperfect and purchased a new computer mid March. The product is registered, but when I try to activate my the corel software acts like it isn't connected to the internet (which I clearly am) so when I try the offline activation options I can't reach anyone at support either by phone or by chat ticket. Does anyone have any advice or a better way to get a response from support? Thanks.

Not sure how you are trying to contact Corel

From the Word Perfect web page there is a "contact us" at the bottom of the page

If you are trying through the web and Corel Support is not active then it may be a result of the Coronavirus with Corel offices being closed
