Is it not possible to sign into Youtube in share?

Post by rkstudio »

I"m trying to upload to youtube but it says I should try using a different browser. I'm using chrome. I don't even know how to switch browsers when I'm already in videostudio.

You may have to upload your video outside of VideoStudio.

Have you set up a YouTube channel? You will need to have a channel and be logged into it in order to upload a video. If you have a Google account (Gmail, Adsense, etc.), then those are the same credentials you will need to set up a YouTube channel. Get it all set up and try uploading from VideoStudio again. If it still doesn't work, go to YouTube and click on the button to upload a video. (It's a the top-right, looking like a tiny camera with a + sign in it and the word "Create" next to it.) Navigate to your finished video and upload it.

FWIW, it teach a class for the local school system called "How to Become a YouTube Star."

Thanks. Yes, I do have a Youtube channel. I've had it for a long time, but I've always had trouble signing in to Youtube from Videostudio. I could never understand why. I have already uploaded videos, using youtube to pull it in instead. But I just want to, for once, figure out how to do it from VS. Not a big deal though as long as there is some way to do it. THanks for your help.

THanks, Trevor. I contacted support a little while ago about a voice over issue but they didn't help and the phone service is not working anymore because of the covid situation. Getting on chat there has never been very helpful to me with Corel.

Because its a feature of Video Studio and it should work, just personal preference

As a video editor, lets get the "edit" features work first before spreading into the cover-up paint.
