PSP 2020 is crashing on me every time I choose File > New. Doesn't matter if I've just opened the program or if it's open with other images open. I usually start from EDIT, rather than HOME but it crashes either way. This seems to have been an issue since I installed PSP 2020 about 4-5 mos ago. Are there any fixes for this?

I would recommend contacting Corel Support directly my first thought is something to do with the template store.
Try this:
1) Reset PSP to Factory Defaults - Open PSP while holding the SHIFT key and it should ask you if you want to reset to factory defaults. This resets PSP to a brand new install.
2) If that doesn't fix it, go into Edit mode hold SHIFT and click on the "New Image" icon. This should bypass the New Image dialog and just create a new image with the last used settings. Did it create a new image for you?
