Thanks Robert -- very good to know someone has no trouble with it. Hopefully Phil Preston will also find the same thing. I nearly didn't bother with rendering it, but when I initially adjusted the audio to be so closely in sync with the video, I thought "why not give it a try?"...

Re: MP4 output file corrupts when over 4GB
Thanks very much for that Ken. But I'm afraid the problem still remains. In VLC skipping to the end past 1hr 18mins results in a video freezeframe until the audio catches up. This results in continuous freezeframes in YouTube which is annoying to watch. I know playing in media player doesn't freezeframe, but I need it to work in YouTube rather than media player.
I noticed in the header information that for the clips that are less than 4GB there is no GOP info and the frame rate is exactly 30fps, just like the source video, and they run properly. But the ones over 4GB have GOP info and have odd framerates of 30.xx fps (the xx varies) and these have problems after about 1hr 18mins.
So is the GOP and odd fps throwing the file off?

Well, I really can't say since for me -- and RobertOZ -- my version of the video plays correctly all the way through and with no, repeat no, freeze frames. Moreover, as a re-render, all of it will have just one set of Properties so I am not sure where you are seeing different rates for different parts of the video...
In addition, I have never used YouTube so cannot help you there...
