I just watched the tutorial "Video Masking in VideoStudio" where the masking tool, and several others in the video, seem to not be available in my version of Video Studio Pro 2019.
Is the masking tool only available in the "Ultimate" version?"

As far as I am aware, the Enhanced Masking Tool is only available in the Ultimate version
