VideoStudio 2019 360 video struggle

I am trying to put a logo in a 360 video.
I found a video direction that told me how to get things setup for editing 360 but I must be doing something wrong.
Upon fire up of the program I have a 360 button available. (This would be on the edit screen. In 360 mode it will not let me add the 360 video to the video section of the story board. Only voice and music.
When I do get it added to the video board the 360 is gone.
Next I use the convert double fish eye to equirectangular.
This changes the video over to a rectangle shape but instead of it being a scrollable area to change the view, it places the whole video in the rectangle side by side.
I am sure this is user error can anyone help me figure out how to make get a 360 finished product.

When I am done I should have a 360 video that displays my logo on the floor of the video and the video should be ready for a VR head set.

Extra information.
The camera used was a gear 360
I think I may have stitched the double fish eye together right on the camera through the phone interface

Videos were not stitched with this create my issues?
