No Pic to Painting plugin psp 2020 Ultimate

If this has been posted before I am sorry, I could find problems people were having with Pic to Painting 2019 but not the 2020 version.

I only purchased PSP so that I could try to make an old army picture of mine look like a painting to frame and put on the wall but I cannot find the plugin in the get more plugins section, its not there.
I have the 64 bit version installed if that makes a difference or has this plugin been put in a bundle to get even more money from me?

I just found it in Welcome Tab > Get More > Plugins then scroll to the bottom. The name includes hyphens so it's Pic-to-Painting.

Sometimes it isn't in that scroll down list but posted separately below that list... But I have just checked my PSP 2020 and it is indeed down towards the bottom of that Get More scrolling list, and it is listed as being Free. Are you sure you bought the Ultimate version of PSP?

I should also have said that I think Pic to Painting is very good. I first had it as Version 1 with PSP 2019. V2 came with PSP 2020 but was difficult to install as V1 had installed as an app (.exe) and prevented V2 installing properly. Corel Support were their usual helpful selves with zero product knowledge - I had to fault-find this myself. V2 is easier to fine-tune.
The Kangawa effect is great with skies and water. With Version 1 I had some pictures of local views printed on to 80 cm by 60 cm aluminium and used them as wall-art in a newly built room in our house.
This one is of Willie Lott's House, Flatford Mill, Suffolk, England - as painted by John Constable in about 1820.
