Hello,
I upgraded to VS2020 Ultimate in February and just recently found Template 011_HD-Project.vsp under InstaProject > Custom.
I created a video but discovered after rendering it, there's a background for the text and I didn't get it large enough for the text to fit properly and didn't notice it until after it was rendered.
Thinking it was a problem with the project file I created, I started a new project with the template, and it did the same thing.
I found the .exe file for the template, so I deleted it from Custom, exited VS and reinstalled it and tried again. It still gives me the same issue.
Nothing has changed on my computer that would cause this.

I can confirm that there is an issue with 011_HD Project, it is definitely not behaving correctly in VS 2020, it does however play OK in VS 2019
