Why I import a video it double visions , how do I stop that

Post by HenryBuck »

Hello Everyone. Wishing you all safety in these times.

I'm hoping one of you kind folks can help me please?
I have screen-captured videos and when I import them into Corel Visual Studio, it doubles up like a split mirror image.
I have imported into another program ( Not my favorite) and it imports in just fine.
What am I doing wrong please?

Thanks in advance.

A still image screen grab of what this looks like on your monitor would help. It would also be helpful if you could tell us something about the program you are using to capture the video in the first place, and whether it has any settings you can change.

You profile doesn't list the version of VS that you are using.

Do your videos display as a "split mirror image" using a video viewer such as Windows Media Player?

Thank you for asking. I use VideoStudio Ultimate 2019 and yes the videos work fine on other players, I don't understand.
