Missing tool options
A lot of options for tools have disappeared in the 2019 version - like for background eraser I don't have the bar for opacticty, tolerance etc
How do I restore them?

You always have to check whether you are in the Complete workspace as opposed to the Essentials one. Right click anywhere in the workspace to see which one you are in, and make sure Complete is ticked.
