google map not loaded ?

So, i found out that psp has the option to add missing gps exif data, sweet, very usefull when u merge photo's ,bcouse exif data is gone after.
ok, now there is a copy past option, but it wil not replicate the gps data (not even sure if it works on 360 content)

but with the manager we should be able to browse googlemaps and set the gps location by hand.
IF it works.
i get a ,oops, something went wrong screen.

So, sdk not payed ?
or what do i need to do to get it working.
or arethere alternatives for this to inject the missing exif data.
