Hi Lala
Thanks very much for your response. I'll just send them the both files via gMail.
Also thank you very much for fixing the Post Notification issue for me. I'm now receiving a notification email both from you as per the "Post Notification Test" subject and your response. So far, the post notification works for me now and hope it continues.
Have a Happy Easter holiday and be safe. Bless you.
Regards

Re: Unable to open Dialogue Edit Path Window in RotoPen filt
I had exactly this problem with RotoPen - the plane shows in preview, but the settings window never shows.
(Remembering RotoPen is part of the proDAD Heroglyph plugins) I found a file %appdata%/proDAD/HeroglyphRoute-4.0/heroglyph-protocol.txt which updates with each click on the "Customize option" ... in that file I saw the message 'Cant open library "proDadIntuiUiV1.dll" .... Cannot open main-win' - this seems to be my problem.
As Corel 1'ts level support was taking the long 1st level clear, re-install over and over again, I found that proDAD have a tool ( https://www.prodad.nl/en_US/c-4178531/protocol-finder ) - the first link downloads the test tool and trying to run it gave an error about .net framework 2.0, windows suggested a .net download (I think it was .net 3.5 which is compatible with 2.0) so I downloaded & installed the suggested .net framework.
Before running the ProDAD protocol finder tool again, I discovered that the RotoPen options/customize now works from VideoStudio 2020.
To cut a long story short, prodad RotoPEN requires .net framework 2.0 to run. This isn't automatically installed by the VideoStudio 2020 install.
Install a compatible .net framework (2.0) and the rest is history!

Re: Unable to open Dialogue Edit Path Window in RotoPen filt
Final note on the solution for RotoPen error opening the configuration settings.
An easy way to install the .NET 2.0 framework required for RotoPen on Windows 10 is;
1. Type "Turn windows features on or off" in the search box (or find the option using control panel etc:- )
2. Find the ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) in the list of features and set it to selected
3. Click OK and let it install.
Job Done !
