How do I make one of those "hand drawn red circles" highlite

For a Tutorial, how do I make one of those "hand drawn red circles" to highlight an item.
Like if I am narrating a video and I want to point out an object and "draw" a red circle around it/ How do I do that?
What more are there are any tricks to makes clicks on the screen highlighted to let the person being trained see what I am clicking on?

I think mouse click circles are a feature of the screen capture software.
Or you can add a transparent arrow png and wipe it over your video.
google "hand drawn arrow"

Have you tried the Paint Creator from the Tools menu

I just drew a circle on a transparent background in an image manipulation programme - then I put it in the overlay track and make it the size I want and move it to where I want it - you can make any shape you like

try it - download the zipped attachment - unzip it - put it in an overlay track with your video in the top track and resize and move and change the length according to your preference

Comes close. The effect I would love to see is one like below. But only circles once , not an endless gif.
Not sure if you could do that in Corel VS

Have you tried the Paint Creator from the Tools menu

Go to Tools and choose Paint Creator
