Hi all!
Let's say I create a circle with the shape tool and convert it to a path and let's also say that I have a number of vector layers.
If I cannot remember the pixel dimensions of my original circle, how can I easily find out? Believe it or not I've used PSP way back since Jasc ran it. It's the one thing that nags me. I can't figure out how to do this. Eyeballing it simply doesn't do it exactly right and sizing others to match isn't good enough either. I need exact dimensions without having to copy and paste to a new image.
Suggestions?

Re: How to see dimensions of objects in 2018?
If you use the ellipse tool, rectangle tool, etc. You can simply grab these tools again, select the item you want, go into Edit mode for those tools and the tool options will update to match the current settings of the selected vector.
However, if it's just a regular path (you converted it to a path, used the pen tool, or use the preset shape tool) then no such luck.

Hello,
I am not sure what you mean exactly when you say "dimensions". If you mean the actual width & height of the layer, what I'd do would be to copy the layer as a new image, and then check its Image->Information (Shift + I): https://gyazo.com/53c6ff02ec8d5df56432b6fc350cf1b9
If you mean its location on the canvas (top left corner xy), you can select the layer in the layers panel, hover your mouse over the layers top-left corner, and watch the status bar at the bottom right of the screen (for more precision, you can place Guides on the window rulers: https://gyazo.com/ef646379fa94b2c92874f44f3b852339)
There may be easier ways, I am not aware of.
