Problems burning disk with MF3 SE

Used recording format DVD-Video; created DVD folders and disk image file, then did the burn.
The resulting disk could not be read by either of my 2 DVD drives, or the home DVD player.

I then used DVD Decrypter to reburn the disk image (.ISO) file to another disk which worked perfectly, except that now the audio gets progressively more out of sync as the project goes on. A quick review of some of the threads shows that audio out of sync seems to be a recurring problem.

Any ideas as to why the disk created directly from MF3se is now a coffee coaster?
