VS Ultimate 2020 - Multicam does not see inbuilt webcam

I have upgraded to VS Ultimate 2020; and am still using Multicam from 2019.

The problem I had with VS 2019 and still have with VS 2020 is that Multicam does not know that my Integrated Camera exists. It does show video from my other cameras, as expected. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

BTW:
1. Zoom sees all my cameras including my webcam and allows me to select any one and they all work
2. Windows Camera app works perfectly using my Integrated Camera
3. In VS Ultimate 2020; CAPTURE -> Capture Video has my integrated camera working as expected - I can select between my others cameras as well and they all work individually
4. My Integrated Camera driver is up-to-date (Realtek; 3/12/2019; 10.0.17763.20092)
5. Corel knew this was a problem in July 2019
