How do I get rid of the ghosting when merging 3 exposures to HDR?

I would start by putting the camera on a tripod for all HDR exposures. Make sure the subject stays absolutely still for all exposures.

There is an entire mode dedicated to selecting the parts you want to keep and removing the parts you don't. There's even an auto mode that attempts to select the differences so that ghosting doesn't happen.
