Problem with MF3 "No capture driver is available in the

I have used MF3 to download from my Panasonic NV-GX7 many times however I connected it up today and I get this error message "No capture driver is available in the system". I have checked Panasonic and they say the device is plug and play so they do not supply software drivers and I have reloaded MF3 but still no luck. I cannot find any mention of capture drivers on the Ulead website. Could someone please tell me where I can get these capture drivers from or better still send them to me by email.

What is the Panasonic NV-GX7?

How are you connecting the cam to the computer?
Firewire cable or USB-2 ?

Firewire connection doesn't need to install drivers for windows.
