Today I upgraded from PSP 2018 to 2020 Ultimate by clicking the button from within the program. I chose the $41 offer - attached screenshot. The first box says I get VideoStudio for free when I upgrade to PSP Ultimate... but there was no link to download it in my receipt, and no serial number either.
Just curious if anyone else upgraded this way? I opened a ticket but they simply said: "Your purchase is only PaintShop Pro 2020 - Ultimate. Not INCLUDED Videostudio."
Seems to me the buttons say different...? Am I missing something?
"Free" VideoStudio with PSP2020 upgrade?

I wouldn't think so. If you bought the $41 offer, that is for a single program: PSP. The double one above it, which includes Video Studio, is a separate offer.

Re: "Free" VideoStudio with PSP2020 upgrade?
It just makes no sense to me. If PSP2020 is $89 regular price and VideoStudio is $99.99, why does the first offer say the bundle is worth $300.95 instead of $189.98?
And if I now buy VideoStudio separately, I've spent $140.99 which means the first offer is only a saving of $17.99, not $177.95 like it implies.

Are they including the "price" of the free-addons? The Ultimate bundle comes with GraFX studio, PhotoMirage, AfterShotPro. And currently, on their main website, the Ultiamte bundle includes ParticleShop and the "Best Sellers Script Bundle" which they claim is $170 worth of extras. Don't know if that's relfected in the ad you're getting there.

Re: "Free" VideoStudio with PSP2020 upgrade?
I have no real idea where they get their figures from -- I don't work for Corel. But one possibility for the $300 figure is that it is supposed to include all the extras which come with the Ultimate version of the programs. Mind you, from memory, they are supposed to make it worth far more than $300!
But it still comes down to the fact that whatever it claimed, there are two quite separate offers, and you chose the cheaper and more limited one... A$41 for PSP Ultimate is a good price, by the way... You'll probably have to wait quite some time, though, for a similar offer for Video Studio 2020, which has just been released...
