VS2020 layout default

This is something else added to the list of "happened when i tested CVS2019 and still happening in 2020". I put a layout order of every section of the app, i save it on the custom #1 layout. and after some using of the app, when i close it and open it again it just forgets about it and comes back to the original setting and i have to select again the custom #1.

It does the same with VS2018 too. I have both 2018 and 2019 Ultimate versions but use VS10.5 Ultimate which doesn't have this issue and many others that were introduce in 2018 and have never been rectified. They should concentrate on fixing the issues with previous versions first but they insist on bringing out a new version each year with similar bugs. I remember they brought out a so called fix for this in 2018 but it never fixed it properly.

Yes in the past there has been problems in the program saving the custom layouts

But as far as I know was fixed with 2019, I do not appear to have a problem using 2020 .

Are you saying that the program looses the custom saved options or just does not apply the custom settings as expected
The program should open to use the same layout as when it was closed.
Switch views by using the keyboard CTRL+1, Ctrl+2 Ctrl+3 and F7 for default layout

For me the program opens as expected and if I go Settings – Preferences - UI Layout shows the custom layout option being used.
