Paintshop Prof 2020 map mode

First time poster, specifically for the map mode function to geotag pictures in PSP 2020 . I've searched the forums and found some very similar matches for previous versions of PSP. Can't get map mode to work - see attached screen shots for a picture that already has GPS information. I've tried some of the suggestions in the other posts, with now success. I've opened a chat with Corel and got the typical non-response of we'll get back to you.

Seems when I first purchased PSP 2018 this worked, and then I didn't use it for quite a while. Since upgrading thru PSP 2019 and 2020 map mode has failed, both in 23 and 64-bit. I believe from reading the posts, and also close matches to a program called Getsetter, this has to do the the Google API that is used by PSP. I've tried using IE 11 , as well as Firefox and Chrome.

Question ; Does this work? If this works, where can I get guidance on how to get it to function.

Not everyone uses geotagging. And those that do likely use it a very small percentage of the total time they actually use PSP for lots of other stuff. So don't hold our breath!
