Thumbnails not showing

Use Win10 - since last Windows update my thumbnails are not showing. Prior to this there were only a few with only a logo.

I checked my settings. I downloaded Irfan View - doesn't help.
Use various versions of PSP.

Anything to help the situation.

Wow --- Thanks a million.
I got the Sage Thumbs utility and it fixed the tubes to show images!!!!!!
Thanks to the user who suggested it.
