I'm trying to "erase to transparent" and it's just not working.
I'm trying to set a background color of "transparent", but no matter what I do it keeps changing to black. I'm having the problem with both 2019 Pro Ultimate 64-bit and X9 Pro 64-bit. I'm not using the eraser, I select an area and press the Delete key.
How to erase to transparent?

Re: How to erase to transparent?
The problem was that I had to Promote Background to Layer. Once I did that the option to have the background transparent worked.
