How many of this Forum members have taken the plunge and upgraded to VideoStudio Ultimate 2020? I'm still undecided. I like my current VS Ultimate 2018, but ....

The Trial is no fun because is not included the Ultimate tools. Well, maybe I will wait a little more because I like my 2028 Ultimate version and I think I will lose the Boris Graffitti.

Maybe you should wait a long time before upgrading, at least until SP2 is released(SPI should be included with original download) current version is 23.0.1.391for Ultimate

I did.

When attempting to load a project created in VS Ult 2019, VS Ult 2020 crashed.

Zero Corel technical support. Contacted support on Feb 25th... still no reply on that ticket, 1 week later.

No choice but to request a refund, which was received.

Won't make that mistake again with Corel. Better to wait 6 months to a year after launch to get the bugs worked out.

Pretty bad experience overall, from product to support.
