Why did Corel remove it in the 2019 version?

I see you are using Win 10. Corel didn't totally remove Dolby for you -- just (!!) 5.1 Dolby. You can still use or produce Dolby dual channel stereo. For Win 7 users, Dolby has gone completely with VS 2019 and now 2020...
None of us have any idea why they did it. Seems fairly ridiculous, even if they were still paying a licensing fee to Dolby, which I don't think they were doing in the end. Yes, modern mp4 video mostly seems to use AAC audio these days, but there are still a large number of people who use -- and like -- Dolby...
