I have had a session with the Corel staff. The technician was remotely on my PC for 8 hours.
At the end he stated that he already know what was the problem and which module was crashing.
I am waiting with refund ticket for like a week more and will also request to have my money back.

my cvs crashes too, when im editing just closes from nothing. Today i had to edit a resumen of a match and cvs crashed like 5 times (+1 when i was converting the video). Im sad but i have to, one more time, get back to the 2018 version that its the last version that worked decent for me.
