Tooltips not showing correctly

I am a new user to VideoStudio 2019. When I hover over an item, the tooltip balloon pops up and only shows the top of the balloon. All I see is the top outline of the balloon with no text or the bottom portion of the balloon. Any suggestions? I am using a triple monitor setup with an Nvidia RTX 2070 and the resolution is 5760 x 1080 if that affects it in any way?

Can you post a screenshot image of the issue? size/scale it to 950pixels wide or the site won't accept the image.

AFAIK, VS can be used with more than 1 monitor (eg, preview screen on 1 monitor and the timeline/library on the other, or various other combinations of your choice - a customised layout) but I have never heard of more than 2 monitors in use. So, a screenshot of the Settings/preferences/UI layout tab would help.
The resolution you cite is a really panoramic effect - is that the sum of 3 monitors each 1920x1080 high, or the actual resolution of the screens you are using?

As a suggestion, configure VS to use just 2 monitors and see what the result is on your issue.

Thanks for the reply! My PC water cooling pump died this morning. I should have a new one tomorrow. Give me a couple days to get up and running and I will post the info! I run 3 27inch 1080P monitors. The Nvidia software blends them into one large monitor resolution of 5760x1080. I use it mainly for PC gaming. It is pretty great for that!! I was curious if the resolution was affecting it. I will try that once I am back in action!

I attached a jpeg to this message. I will try changing resolutions and get back to you. I just got my system back up and running!

I changed the resolution to 1080P and the tooltips show up. Apparently the program doesn't like the resolution of a triple monitor setup!!
