Re: Where is Bokeh Picture Tubes Pack
Open PSP. Go to File->Preferences->File Locations
Look under picture tubes. It should list at least two places where Picture Tubes are stored. One is your personal folder, the other is usually a programdata folder.

Re: Where is Bokeh Picture Tubes Pack
Ken , Are you saying you have installed the Bokeh picture tube set , but cannot seem to access them when you apply picture tubes?
So you are wondering if they have installed somewhere else and that location has not been placed in your folder locations for picture tubes.
So you are asking where they are so you can put them in a correct folder or place a correct link.
Was the download a .zip file or an .exe file?
Looked for the Bokeh Picture Tube set and found it by going through Home > Get More
Unwilling to pay the $12.99 so I clicked on the link which gave a page where there was a Video tutorial for PSP X6 on how to make your own picture tubes and on the right a link in blue 'Watch our tutorial'.
Clicking on that gave this page and link
https://learn.corel.com/projects/workin ... ture-tubes
which then changed the link to
https://learn.corel.com/projects/workin ... o-brushes/
The first link goes to a section lower down with the title "Working with Picture Tubes" and down the bottom was a link to a Free Download YELLOW BOKEH 2 Picture tubes. Clicking that gace a download of a zip file
https://learn.corel.com/wp-content/uplo ... reebie.zip
which when opened gave two picture tubes and a PDF
How to Use Picture Tubes.pdf
Yellow Soft Bokeh.PspTube
Yellow Vibrant Bokeh.PspTube
The pdf gave instructions about placing the picture tubes in
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Picture Tubes
Which is incorrect as 19.0 should be replaced by 2019.
Once I placed them in the correct folder they were available and worked.
Can you test this freebie and see if that works for you? Then you cantry with the paid set.

1 Yes

I unzipped and extracted both the Freebies (which were 2 of 18 files as paid for) into C:\Users\ken\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\2019\Picture Tubes and they showed in that location. But when I click on the pic tube tool in PSPRo
and click on presets, all categories I do not see ANY tubes.See image below. 1

Re: Where is Bokeh Picture Tubes Pack
EDIT: Jean-luc beat me to it. But a quick clarification.
Those tubes aren't presets. In PSP a PSPTube preset is all of the settings (scale, step, placement, selection, etc.) and are saved as a PSPScript inside the "Presets" folder not the Picture Tube folder. Those files you show there are the actual images files used and are selected from the button next to the Presets button. In both of your images the Effects Toolbar is covering up this button.

I have the feeling I am missing something here (again). When I click on the button next to the preset button/i get the Effect Browser

Re: Where is Bokeh Picture Tubes Pack
You seem to have put the effects toolbar there. Move that. Or undock it. I don't know if you have it docked on the tool options palette or if you even can. But move the effects toolbar.

Or try reloading your saved workspace and if that does not work you may need to try resetting your workspace to default.
I tried customizing the workspace to drag the Effects Menu item down to the Picture Tube options bar. Could not do it and in the action dropped the Effects Menu item and lost it. Reloaded Myworkspace and got it back as quickly as that.

Re: Where is Bokeh Picture Tubes Pack
I saw a lone white X about half way along below the top line of icons, having no idea what it did I clicked on it. Things are now back as they were and I am back in business. Have no idea how this situation arose, it certainly was not intentional if I did do it. Maybe a Windows update ? Any way thank you all for the help.
