VideoStudio Pro x9 - running slow on windows 10

Post by Irishrose »

Hello,

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this condition or there has been a discussion. I could not find anything in the message board.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Video Studio Pro x9 appears to work. However, the response time appears to be much slower. Example: It takes, up to, several seconds for an image to become active after selecting it with the cursor. As I said, the program appears to work, it's just slow.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, is there something that can be done to address the problem?

It certainly is annoying as it will take two to three times as long to complete a project.

Thanks for the help

Hi Irishrose

I do not have a problem running CVSX9 on windows 10 nor have I read any reports as to X9 being slow.
Do you know what version of X9 is installed, I assume you were running the 64Bit program however it could have been the 32 Bit, just a thought

It does seem strange that simply clicking an image clip causes such a delay
Have you tried re-installing the program
I have the latest version 19.7.0.12 64bit installed ( Help- About)
